A recent LinkedIn campaign sought to highlight the benefits and beauty that can be found in sustainable drainage systems or SuDS to try to ‘bust the myth’ that all drainage must be made of pipes and channels. Jo Bradley from Stormwater Shepherds UK visited her local SuDS scheme at Buckshaw Village to capture some images of the devices as they come back to life as the Springtime temperatures warm up.
Remember, not all drainage is equal and if it designed well, it can be so much more than drainage.
