Celebrating Trustees’ Week

This week is Trustees’ Week and I am very pleased to celebrate the Stormwater Shepherds UK Trustees.  These three gentlemen have been with us from the very beginning of Stormwater Shepherds and we couldn’t have created the not-for-profit Company and then registered as a Charity without them.  Trustees like Brett, Neville and Bryan provide all the guidance, business acumen, support, expertise and encouragement that a brand new business needs and we couldn’t have been created without their guidance.  They are essential members of the team and when it comes to registration of the business, creation of bank accounts and application for charitable status, their experience and reputations are invaluable.  But more than that, they provide the rest of the team with a ‘listening ear’ and with a professional steer when we are developing our strategy for the future, considering our business plan and making decisions.  We are lucky to have three fabulous, kind Trustees each of whom run their own successful businesses which gives them the skills to make us successful too.  If you have fabulous Trustees, take some time this week to give them a shout-out and to remember how valuable they are to your business or Charity.
